We have had the pleasure working together with Divine Home during the purchase process of our new home. They were really helpful in explaining how everything works in Portugal and with the whole buying process. My experience of Divine Home can only be described as positive. I listed my home with four agents in total and Divine home were the only agents to introduce serious potential buyers, they went on to sell the property within a few months. Their communication, attitude and work ethic is to be applauded. The listing on their web site was superb, by far the best of all the agents, given that all of the agents were working with the same information the results spoke for themselves. The sale of my property started off slowly (possibly the time of the year) but when Pedro took over things changed very quickly. I had quite a few bookings all at once, loads of feedback (both good and bad points). He helped me negotiate to get a price I was happy with once we found a buyer. Nothing was any trouble for him, from helping me clear the property, getting a leak fixed or taking the final meter readings, Pedro was always happy to help. Divine Home is a regional real estate agent with multiple branches and therefore extensive knowledge of the local market, creative with options and open about points of interest. And that is desperately needed in the Algarve, where buying or selling land, an apartment, villa or renovated farm is very different than in the Netherlands. The personal attention and assistance provided was very valuable. And it's also great that Dutch is spoken.
